We have our youth meetings because we truly believe that every young person deserves a place where they can grow with purpose, hope, and direction. In a world where so many voices compete for teenagers’ attention, where social pressure, negative influences, and drugs are always close by, our mission is to create a different kind of space: a safe and healthy environment where they can discover who they are and where they’re going.
When we talk about investing in young people, we’re not just talking about organizing activities or filling a schedule; we’re talking about planting values, identity, character, and faith in their lives.
For many of these teens, each meeting is a moment to breathe to disconnect from harmful environments and connect with people who truly believe in their potential. We know that adolescence is a crucial stage, a time when choices can shape the rest of their lives. That’s why we do what we do. Because if a young person finds a place where they are heard, loved, and guided, their story can change completely.
Our meetings are also for the kids who have grown up in our programs. As the years go by, their interests, questions, and challenges change, and they need a space that grows with them. That’s why we continue walking with them, giving them a place to keep growing spiritually, emotionally, and socially, surrounded by friends and leaders who support them along the way.
We also open our doors to young people who have never had a space like this before, teens who face the daily risk of falling into drugs, gangs, negative influences, or choices that can destroy their future. For them, these meetings are more than an activity; they are hope. They are a chance to discover that there is a greater purpose, that God loves them, and that their life has great value even if the world has told them otherwise.
In every meeting, our goal is the same: to show them that they are not alone and that it is possible to build a different future. Because when we invest in one young person, we’re not just impacting their present, we’re shaping generations, families, and entire communities.
